About Us

University Psychological Center, Inc. (UPC) is a state-certified treatment center with a full complement of onsite mental health services. UPC is comprised of mental health and substance abuse professions who have practiced in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area since 1975. UPC’s licensed and certified psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, and allied mental health professions offer a broad range of clinical services to treat a full spectrum of psychiatric conditions and behavioral disorders. To schedule an intake or learn more information about our services, please call our office and we will assist you in addressing your needs. Insurance: In addition to offering a broad range of services, UPC accepts most Insurance providers, including: PAC, Medicare, and Medicaid. Fees: Fees vary according to the services provided and the therapist involved
