Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (Co-Occurring Disorders)

The Outpatient Mental Health Therapist provides documented individual and group services and case management to patients with substance abuse, mental health or dual diagnosis problems.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate level licensure in psychology, social work, or allied health services

  • Current Active LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C licensure.

Pay: Starting at $58,000 per year

Residential Addictions Counselor

UPC, Inc. / Recovery Network is seeking an experienced Addictions Counselor to manage a caseload in both Halfway House and IOP modalities. Weekly schedule will be split up between case-management and facilitating didactic groups. Responsibilities include intakes/assessments, case-management/referrals, facilitating didactic groups, treatment planning, discharge planning and care coordination with legal system. Supervision will be provided on a weekly/bi-weekly basis and required for all counselors. Experienced counselors are preferred.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least an Addictions Counselor Trainee Status, although CSC-AD, CAC-AD, CPC-AD or LMSW preferred.

  • Must have at least an AA degree or higher and completion of required alcohol and drug classes.

  • Minimum of two years working with a substance abuse population preferred.

Front  Desk/ Administrative Support

Our Front Desk/ Administrative Support staff coordinates administrative and clinical services such as admissions, screening and eligibility for services, appointment-setting, medical record management, staff support, customer service/patient support and other administrative activities.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • One year of behavioral health administrative or intake experience preferred

  • Basic Word, Excel and Outlook skills, Previous Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred

Psychiatric Practitioner

The Psychiatric Practitioner will be responsible for the provision of psychiatric and behavioral services including evaluation and assessment, development and implementation of psychiatric treatment plans, medication evaluation and management and care coordination with interdisciplinary service providers.

Qualifications:

  • Masters of Nursing, completion of approved residency, and proven experience rendering psychiatric services or Doctorate in Medicine, completion of approved residency, and proven experience rendering psychiatric services. 

  • Psychiatry certification 

  • DEA Data 2000 waiver required

Director of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) and Support Services

The Director of PRP and Support Services is responsible for the administrative oversight and service delivery of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program.  This program provides services for patients living with priority population mental health diagnoses.  This position also provides additional supervision and training to direct care/ peer staff for therapeutic activities in the outpatient residential programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred 

  • Minimum of three (3) years supervising in a behavioral healthcare setting 

  • Certification by the U.S. Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association or Mental Health Licensure 

  • Registered Peer Supervisor certification preferred
