Psychiatrist -Downtown Baltimore

The Psychiatrist will be responsible for the provision of psychological and behavioral services including assessment and testing, development, and implementation of behavioral and functional treatment plans and consultation with interdisciplinary service providers as needed.  


  • Doctorate in Medicine, completion of approved residency, and proven experience rendering psychiatric services required.

  • Minimum of one year of personal and professional experience with mindfulness or meditation work preferred.

Residential Counselor- Downtown Baltimore/North Baltimore

UPC, Inc. / Recovery Network is seeking an experienced Addictions Counselor to manage a caseload of approximately 15 patients in both Halfway House and IOP modalities. Weekly schedule will be split up between case-management and facilitating didactic groups in the halfway house, as well as case-management and facilitating didactic groups in the IOP central office. Responsibilities include: intakes/assessments, case-management/referrals, facilitating didactic groups, treatment planning, discharge planning and care coordination with legal system. Supervision will be provided on a weekly/bi-weekly basis and required for all counselors. Experienced counselors are preferred.



  • Must have at least an Addictions Counselor Trainee Status, although CSC-AD, CAC-AD, CPC-AD or LMSW preferred.

  • Must have at least an AA degree or higher and completion of required alcohol and drug classes.

  • Minimum of two years working with a substance abuse population preferred.

Clinical Supervisor/Therapist- North Baltimore

UPC, Inc. / Recovery Network is seeking an experienced clinician to provide clinical services, behavioral health intervention, treatment education and rehabilitation to the patients we serve.  The supervisor provides clinical supervision for assigned clinicians for the purpose of increasing their effectiveness in the delivery of clinical services. The Clinical Supervisor reports to the Clinical Director to maintain a close, direct, and responsive relationship to the counseling and treatment of patients as provided by the counseling (clinical) staff. 



  • LCSW-C or LCPC, LCSW-C with active supervisor status preferred.

  • Graduate level licensure in psychology, social work, or allied health services.

Therapist- Downtown Baltimore/ College Park

The Therapist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring effective individualized mental health treatment for assigned patients. The incumbent works with individuals and groups to promote optimum mental health.



  • Graduate level licensure in psychology, social work, or allied health services.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients and understand the characteristics of a wide range of intellectual disabilities. 

  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle emotionally charged situations. 

  • Strong counseling background, the ability to create and implement functional treatment plans and the ability to build relationships.
